Vihiga Estate Affordable Housing Project commissioned

President William Samoei Ruto has commissioned the Vihiga Estate Affordable Housing Project.

The development comprises 220 housing units across 9 blocks, including 20 studio units, 20 one-bedroom units, 120 two-bedroom units, and 20 three-bedroom units.

The project is supported by essential infrastructure and amenities, including a perimeter boundary wall, gatehouse, waste management cubicle, powerhouse, underground water tank, as well as comprehensive civil works such as access roads, drainage systems, and sewer networks.
