The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is an initiative by the Government of Kenya that target the delivery of decent and affordable housing to low and middle-income households. This program targets to deliver a minimum of 200,000 Affordable Housing Units Annually

All Kenyan Citizens who are over 18years with an Identity Card are eligible to apply for the allocation of an affordable houding unit.

Individuals interested in buying Affordable Houses will have to register on the Boma Yangu housing portal, either online or through the *832# USSD

Boma Yangu is a digital marketplace where home buyers access to save their deposits and book a unit in affordable housing schemes. You can acces Boma Yangu portal by logging into

*832# for USSD users.

Upon registration on Boma Yangu, log into your account and click on "Save Now". This will allow you to save funds to your account using MPesa.

You can also pay via the eCitizen Mpesa Paybill Number; 222222.
