The Emgwen Affordable Housing Project has officially been commissioned today by H.E. President William Ruto.

The project features 220 modern housing units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments — all complete and ready for occupancy, marking a major step forward in delivering decent and affordable housing to Kenyans in the region under the Affordable Housing Programme
